The supplier and Amazon were brilliant with the return and the refund! As I did not open the box, I received a full refund and reordered the Quad Core version (the Samsung Note), which is better for my illustration/ photographic retouching requirements - and is working well. I am an Android fan and find Samsung's products and after sales support superb so i have no doubt that the tab would be an excellent choice for someone who does not require Quad Core speed
