This was a big mistake of a purchase. First of all the delivery was by Home Delivery Network (HDNL) or Yodel as they are sometimes known. After being lied to (said they had attempted delivery one day and then admitted that their van had broken down the next time we asked) and having no real contact number for the courier company to try to speak with them. Eventually when we received the item the power unit was burnt out, rather than going to the hassle of sending it back we just bought a replacement power unit.
This has really put me off dealing with Amazon.
