Nice size ; compact ; easy-fit ; light ; i5 processor ; six usb2 ports rear and two usb2 ports front - but why no usb3 ports to match up to most recent techno add-ons available ?

I received my desk top a couple of month ago dissapointed at first as the mouse that came with it not working but amazon very kindly gave me a refund on this. Also the tower did not have a DVI adaptor on back as required by my tv,other than that it works ok

Flimsy and clunky CD tray. Constant annoying bright blue flashing light on front of unit. Computer switched itself off several times for no apparent reason. All in all, a bad buy.

I've had this bit of kit for a week now and I have to say I am delighted with it. The first thing you will notice after opening the box is its diminutive dimensions being only 60% of the size of a traditional pc case. That has some knock on effects for future expansion so its maybe not the greatest size for gamers wishing to expand it but for the average media user its just fine. Upon switching it on Windows 7 Home 64 installed its self and asked for registration details but within 10 minutes it was ready for use. Its quad-core i5 processor is very quick and immediately it felt quicker than the Packard Bell Dual-core pc that proceeded it. The HDD is partitioned into two with one showing as the C drive and the other as D. The onboard graphics are fine for everyday use and go as high as full 1920x1080 HD via the HDMI socket however I have decided to purchase and install a separate graphics card. This needs to be a `low profile' PCI-E card as this is the only free socket and to fit the case. A word of caution here would be to check the power consumption of the card if you decide to do the same as it's a modest power supply fitted. I have also fitted an additional 8 gig stick of DDR3 1333 ram (£26) to give it 12gig in total. Fortunately the supplied ram is in one 4 gig stick and is fitted to the furthest away slot making it a slightly easier task to fit to the free slot. As I said before there isn't a lot of space in there but after 10 minutes of fiddling and blasphemy I managed to get it slotted into place. There are plenty of usb 2.0 sockets front and back and a card reader but no usb 3.0 socket as advertised in some places. Once I uninstalled the bloatware that you always seem to get with new electronics these days and modified the boot list (the software set to load on boot-up) it was good to go. Its very quiet and at the price it's a great bit of kit.

It has been one month since I bought it. It looks smart compare with the old kind of big box ones. I put it just on my desk and save my space. With WLAN installed with the PC, it is very easy to connect with my Wi-Fi. All the drivers are found by Windows it self, except the one for my HP printer. The space inside is very small so it's hard to add one more hard drive and plug more RAM (not possible, but just difficult in the limited space). There is a little bit vibration sound from the main box, but if you touch it once, it will disappear. So far so good.
