This machine was chosen to replace an elderly Vista desktop. Given the large monitor it was also chosen to act as a media machine for watching videos and TV. I also wanted a tidier looking desk and the all-in-one form factor is ideal. At the base of the screen are two speakers allowing me to ditch my existing speakers and wires. Here comes the flaw - the built-in speakers are tinny and of poor quality. No amount of tweaking the onboard sound settings made them sound any better. Given their size they have practically no bass response whatsoever. After persevering with them for a week I had to reinstate the original speakers thereby cluttering the desk again. It seems strange that Lenovo pitch the B320 as a multimedia machine and then supply such lousy speakers. I have given 4 stars as otherwise this PC is a good performer. I upgraded the installed o/s Windows 7 to Windows 8 Pro (making great use of the touchscreen) and added the Windows media center. I am very pleased with the result - apart from those built-in speakers.

I bought this computer in July this year, purely because I wanted a good, solid desktop computer with a limited amount of space in my little study at home. I've now had the computer for 5 months and am still very much in love with it! It's a great product which has proved to be probably the best computer I've ever had. It's a good size screen so everything is clearly visible and it's very quick to do stuff you want it to do.
I would highly recommend this computer to pretty much anyone.

This was a wharehouse deal which saved me about £200 and was in pefect condition i did not buy this PC for myself it was a present for my niece so it had to be in excellent condition i tried it myself for a week everything i done worked well it's fast on boot up the screen is clear and easy on the eyes i'm not one for touch screens but this a PC that responded well to touch Lenovo is a PC that i would buy for myself when the time comes i'ts an excellent machine

I received this in good time from Amazon and the box was delivered in good condition from City-Link. But!

When I opened the box and began removing some of the peripheral boxes, such as keyboard, mouse, remote control etc... something didn't seem right. This packaging was not 'factory perfect'; its hard to put a better word to it. I, as many others will know how crisp and untouched things look when they are brand new. Well, this didn't have that look. For example, when removing the actual PC, the outer foam protection 'bag' was actually stuck to the protective stickers around the edge of the monitor. I have never seen that.

As mentioned in the title. I could immediately see a scratch vertically down the centre of the screen. Absolutely no factory visual inspection could have missed this. This was not a new PC.

I don't think this is an Amazon issue, but Amazon should look closely at their suppliers returns procedures. The Lenovo branded security tape around the box was fully intact, yet clearly the contents were: At best, a Quality Assurance glitch. At worst, an attempt at selling factory seconds for full price.

As a result, Lenovo is of my short list; I do not have time to spend hours going round in loops with customer service.

Have just purchased this fantastic machine. All singing all dancing. It is taking time to navigate all the functions, but it is a real pleasure to use. Only downside is that the instructions could be clearer, as the format is very different from what I have been used to. It is so compact, that I can carry it to meetings for small informal powerpoint diplays for a small group.

My daughter chose this PC to do college work, gaming etc on.
Arrived quickly. Well packed. Easy to set up. She says it's great ! As its all in one there is no bulky tower to place.

I bought the Lenovo in January this year and have had nothing but grief from it. The machine itself did not work properpy from day one and the service I received from Lenovo was the worst I ever got from a computer company. I have had issues with the monitor flashing, heating up so much so quickly, not being able to log on for weeks etc etc. The engineers keep coming to my home to upposedly fix the problems but dsay later the same and soemtimes new ones come up. The Customer care is appaling and incompetent. I am asking for my money back and they are refusing on the grounds that they need to replace three pieces of hardware before they would consider my case. Not good enough especially if you consider how much time and frustration I have endured with this useless machine. Don't buy it even if the price has been reduced!
