I had read some reviews of the product that made me wary, especially the lack of an android "store".

I began to do research into other peoples problems in this area, with a lot of people risking the products stability by "flashing" the device. My device came with Android store installed and is fully functioning (to present), the screen is clear, sound is good and it was purchased for a bargin price in comparison to other similar products. (Essentially your not paying for a small apple sticker).

The support team at Fuzion were/are amazing, and are fast at replying to contact.

I would highly reccommend this product to a friend purchased from the same seller, and anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to the money draining competitors.

Really nice tablet. Easy to use, looks good. Only drawback is limited memory, but this can be addressed using portable hard drive.

My disabled son bought an Archos Arnova 7 tablet in June 2012. Screen was easy to read and use and it was quite responsive. He loved it. It was only used at weekends to play downloaded games but within 5 months charging the unit had become problematic - and how! It's now taking 24 hours to charge 1 per cent - yes, ONE per cent. Clearly there's something wrong with either the unit or the battery. Unfortunately Archos's customer support is non existant. There's a premium rate phone number. The alternative is an International one. Emails seem to be a waste of time.

If you have a unit that functions as it should, great. But if you have one that goes wrong, be warned, just about all you can do is bin it even if it is still in warranty.

I'm very disappointed with this product and customer support. I won't chance buying another.

OK, this isnt an ipad. But it only costs a fraction of the price. It's a pity the "play store" isnt installed by default as the pre-installed app store is poor (in my opinion). You can install the play store via a firmware update but this isn't mentioned on the box. I wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for a previous review on here (you can google the instructions).

All in all it's a perfect entry level tablet, cheap and cheerful!

i bought my 10d g3 tablet from hmv after deciding to get a tablet for work. i only wanted a tablet for browsing reference images whilst i work and looking at facebook/hotmail/google etc. i knew i wouldnt be using it that much, only in work for the reference so i couldnt justify paying the popular tablet prices and i'm not a sheep so the ipad is not for me. having seen this one and finding out a bit about it, making sure it would do what i wanted it to, i thought the price was extremely good for what i was looking for.
after getting used to the tablet and changing the settings to suit me, i found it perfect for what i wanted it to do. with its 4 gb i wasnt sure if all of my images from my laptop would be able to fit on there. luckily they only amounted to 2gb and even with the apps i downloaded, its still a fast little runner.
with the other reviews saying about the app store, i was surprised when i read them as mine came with google play on already, so maybe this is a new feature.
this is a great little tablet for someone who wont use their tablet as their main tech!

Arnova9 G3 is not for people who likes to use trouble-free tablet and you need to have android techie hands-on skills.
A cheaper alternative to iPad but it will be hard work to start off with. If you want to use a tablet with ease and no headaches then you'd be better off buying more expensive tablet such as iPad or Kindle Fire HD.
The bad guys are:
No GPS (if you install any GPS apps, app will crash!)
Applibs
Short battery life (2hrs)
Short charger cable
Cold glass screen
Poor capacitve screen unless you rub the screen hard with the ball of your thumb to warm the glass area
Slow video graphics processor
USB port not widely acceptable
Very short manual guide (not very friendly)

Good guys
Cheap
It does what other tablets can do!

Finally
I had to root-kit it (risky, eh?!) with firmware from arctools and it works far better than it was!!!!!
Google Play apps! Yippee!
I carry &use the tablet as a travelling partner!!

I tried some other budget tablets before buying this. I found 10b G3 to be adequately responsive, has a good feel, does not look or feel cheap, the screen is quite sharp and connectivity is good too.

I think some other reviewers have said this tablet does not have google play, but mine came with play installed. This is a bit strange because the manufacturer's website says that play is not included. So perhaps I have received someone else's returned tablet :-/ . Anyhow, I have found that the tablet freezes quite a lot. In the first hour it froze twice and I had to hard reset once. BBC iPlayer does not work at all on mine. Same goes for quite a few other software that I tried to install. I found Opera also freezes. But the built in browser works fine.

However, youtube, facebook, gmail (app), Kingsoft office - the apps I use the most, works well on this machine. I am keeping it mainly because these apps work fine, the screen resolution is very good and it feels sturdy unlike many others I have tried.

I will use it for some more time and see what happens.

I purchased this tablet at the end of July and since then I have only been able to use it for a few hours!! The first 8G3 I purchased I had to return to the store where I purchased it due to re-charging issues. This is the second and it has the same problems. Constant rebooting when the battery is low. It won't take a charge and refuses to start up. Customer service is horrible, I emailed them several times and got no response. I finally had to call them. I got the RMA email this morning and now I have to provide a receipt to prove its still in warranty!!!! Didn't they just start making these??? How could it be out of warranty??? I will never buy another product from ARNOVA!!! Stay Away from this company fellow Americans!

Good value for money but disappointed with battery life also 3G access not
