This is a briliiant machine after my previous one which was 5 years old and very slow. All the hiccups I had with my previous desktop have been eradicated. I can put this one into sleep mode and everything works when I want it to without having to restart everything. It fires up very quickly and is very quiet.I am in my seventies but found it easy to set up with the booklet given. My printer, external hard drive and internet was just set up for me once I switched it on - brilliant!
It arrived within a few days of ordering and was well packaged - as i have come to expect with Amazon.

The PC certainly looks good and is fast as you'd expect, but the fact that an additional hard disk drive cannot be added is really disappointing. Never had this problem with any of the HP desktops I purchased before, it's got to be this P6 series. Note that the specs suggest this is possible. I'm frantically searching if there's an additional part that can be purchased to make this possible, otherwise I will need to return this unfortunately. Also, the max power supplied is 300W, so if you're planning to add some fancy graphic card it may not be possible.All in all, if you're planning to keep it as it is, it's a good purchase, if you're planning to upgrade it, check carefully as this guy may not be for you.

I do not use the PC for games, but for browsing the web, organising my life and office work at home. This PC fit exactly what I needed.On the negative note, at times it tends to be loud, at least loud enough to be noticed.
