Excellent service from Amazon, having started using the laptop I can only say that I am 100% delighted. I have had 2 Acer laptops before and both have been ok but this is a very high quality product, which seems so far to work well and fast with no fuss. Battery seems to last and the finish is very pleasing both visually and to touch. I was tempted to spend a lot more but pleased that I didn't as this laptop is everything I wanted, I would recommend it unreservedly. 75 of 76 people found the following review helpful

This is a really great laptop and the price is one of the best I have seen with this spec. It comes with a Dual-Core Celeron processor which is more than adequate for most average and above average users. The healthy 3GB of ram allows for some pretty intensive apps to run at the same time. The speakers are pretty good as is the slim and sleek design. It's a very light weight Laptop so it's easy to carry around and the 15.6 inch screen actually seems larger than it is due to its slim frame and border. It also has an N wireless network card which connected to my network with no problems. The setup and configuration takes about 5 minutes. The only real downside from a practical point of view was that there is no numberLock or capsLock indicator on the keyboard. This is provided on the screen and turns off once you have activated of deactivated it. Apart from that its a great buy. 26 of 26 people found the following review helpful

Great Price and a decent speed but very poor sound.The case is nice & strong and so is the keyboard.
The mouse pad is average. The screen is nice.
The battery seems above average which is important.
Overall a nice laptop ruined by the sound.
