The first thing that strikes you is the looks, it just screams high end and quality.The aluminum feels amazing, then upon opening the lid it doesn't disappoint.
Start up is fast, setup is easy.
Love the fingerprint option to log on to pc and websites.
Copes amazing with Football Manager 12 on full setting and max databases.
Blazing fast at everything I have thrown at it over weekend, and really quiet.
Most of the time I don't even know it is turned on.
I like the little things like the glowing touchpad when its dark and the HP logo built into the lid that lights up.
The HP system updates are also really good and I didn't have to worry about the BIOS update.
Only thing I don't like is the power cable plugs in on right hand side instead of on back....my plug socket is left so just a personal thing.
In short you won't be disappointed by this laptop, should last me a few years.

We bought the HP Pavilion in late April 2012. We use computers but aren't really technical but once unpacked we switched on and found the battery was 88% charged and simply followed the on screen instructions/options and linked to our VirginMedia WiFi in no time and was surfing the net within 30 minutes. The start up time is good, sub 1 minute and log off is a matter of seconds. A huge improvement over our last laptop. One month of usage and it flies. We're very happy with the purchase. The only task we've got to do is move the 4,000 or so tracks we have on iTunes from the old laptop to the HP, anyone got any tips? What Other Items Do Customers Buy After Viewing This Item?
