Happy with the computer although the set-up instructions are woeful. It cost me a 25 minute 0844 phone call to HP helpdesk in order to get the wireless keyboard to work. What you have to do is hold the keyboard against the receiver unit on the tower and depress the blue "connect" button constantly for at least one minute before it will work. The HP diagrammatic instructions do not tell you this. However, main reason for purchasing this computer was to process HD video and for this it is excellent. It will process a 4 minute video at full 1920x1080 resolution in just over 2 minutes.Downside is however none of my old accounting or family history software will run on Windows 7.

This Pc is amazing for the price, has everything you need in a PC and more!Start with bad points to end on the many good.
The only thing that I found a little anoying is the fact you need an apdapter (which is supplied with the unit) to connect the HDMI cable and leaves the HDMI cable hanging out at the back of the unit, not sure if this is the case on all HP's but did expect to have at least 1 straight pug in HDMI slot.
Now with the many good points, the one thing all the above spec information fails to give is that their is also a lighscribe Blu-ray player included which is a massive bonus as I thought this might be the catch for the bargain price but its all included along with a remote control, wireless mouse and keyboard. You can also watch TV and record programmes.
The Big thing for me is the audio options with seakers able to connect directly to the unit and the included beat audio which also alows you to connect to diffrent devices and is great for producing your own music or just listerning, I Plan to connect some monitor speakers to my H8 for the full effect.
Overall this is a great all round Pc and beats all for the price.

Superb! Very quick and quiet, I bought this computer for video editing (can't afford a full fat edit work station), this has proved to be an excellent purchase. The HP has coped with everything I have thrown at it with ease - I bought another drive (faster spin speed), and changed it with the stock system drive, this gives me a faster system drive and a good sized media drive.I am using Premiere Pro CS5 and this is working without a hitch, rendering quickly and no error messages, the graphics are also very good - a score of 7.6 in Windows 7 24bit I thought was quite good. I am only going to use it for editing, so it will not get filled up with junk etc.
I have read online of a few issues with the Keyboard and Mouse loosing wireless connection, mine was doing this as well, after a bit of research I found the best solution for me was to use a USB extension lead so that the small USB transmitter is as close to the keyboad as possible. After doing this I have had no further problems with either.
All in all I love this machine and consider it to be money well spent, ok it is not a "Pro" edit solution but plenty good enough for my needs and would recommend it if your budget is limited.
