This computer has been an experience in customer care ever. Since buying the computer it has never worked for more than 5 minutes. Dell have done nothing but give empty promises about a replacement. Then even tried to hard sell me into an upgrade because the model I had was so shoddy. It has now been three months and hours and pounds spent on the phone. Every call is a different person and they all refuse to communicate via email so it is hard to record all of their mistakes. This may be a good computer if it works but heaven help anyone who needs to use their warranty. 3 of 4 people found the following review helpful

A very good priced desktop model. Set up was a doddle and works like a dream!Decided against the touch screen as read so many reviews that say it leaves finger marks that blur in daylight. Excellent value.
