If you're looking for a good reason not to buy this laptop, google 'Lenovo G570 hinge'.After 5 months the left hinge may break, as did mine. If you look on Lenovo's own customer forums, you will see this is very common. Yet, customers have typically been charged for sending their laptops back to service centres (waiting up to two weeks), only to be told the problem is not covered by the warranty.
It may be that many never experience this problem. I would say it's not worth the risk. If I could go back and buy a model by a different manufacturer, I would.
This is my first review in many years of using Amazon. Trust it.

No one touch Volume Control Button..need to Press Fn and Arrow keys to adjust the volume

Brilliant! I had done a huge amount of research before I bought this item. It was listed best laptop under £500 from a few websites. The speed in this laptop is incredible and the quality is also very good.I like to watch movies, play games and upload stuff which was so easy with this laptop. Also great battery life - over 5 hours. The only bad thing is that smudge marks do appear on the back of the laptop but this does not bother me because I do not use this laptop as a fashion accessory.
