Developed a fault after two months. Tried to return to Acer, very poor customer service and website, run by some third rate outsourcing company. After several days gave up and will write off this item.Amazon are not interested in dealing with this problem.
Either go to John Lewis or take a chance.
Most laptop manufacturers seem to be bad and retialers like Amazon seem to have same 30 days policy.
I wouldn't buy a large item from Amazon again unless it was much cheaper than somewhere like John Lewis who give a 2 year warranty.
