This is our second Toshiba Satellite. Our first is still going strong after 5 years of constant use and a 2 year trip in our motorhome around the coast of Britian. Given the state of our roads our original Satellite has certainly passed the 'bump' test. From the south coast to the western isles we were able to keep in touch with the family, using the unit in places from 'on the beach' to sitting in 'town centres'. We are sure that the new laptop will serve just as well.
