I purchased this product with the expectation of being able to download apps from Google Play that would allow my note-taking in lectures to be made easier, to watch videos in bed, to browse the internet and maybe to use for webcam chats.

Before switching on it has some flaws. The charger is a 3.5mm jack the same as the headphones and they are right next to each other, making charging in low-light a little awkward. It also does not charge via USB. Despite having a resistive screen, it does not come with a stylus.

Upon using it, I found it very difficult to navigate certain aspects such as internet browsing. It is awkward to scroll down a page without it clicking a link along the way or resizing the display. During my initial use, I attempted to find a decent app for taking notes lectures and was confused to find that there was no Google Play app, but instead one called AppsLib. I attempted to find an app suitable for my requirements, but the app lacks the diverse number and overall quality that Google Play offers, as well as there being no categorical refinement, just a keyword search, and despite trying some of the better reviewed apps available, nothing suited my needs. Browsing the app store also posed me with the same problems that browsing the internet did, as I attempted to scroll down the list, it would suddenly select the link of one of the apps.

While watching videos online, it struggled to play even buffered parts of the video. All in all I was greatly disappointed by the quality and limited capabilities of this product and would rather save up for a decent quality product from a brand I can trust.
