Having 16GB of ram and using Windows 7 Home Premium....Home Premium will only recognise 8GB of ram... If you want all 16GB to be recognised you have to have Windows 7 Ultimate!!!!

What a waste! Too expensive!! Nice idea!!!

i had been wanting a gaming pc for ages so i saved up a little money to buy it, I had a look at the prices for the parts on this computer separate. You could save about £1,000 buying it separately or you could just get an alienware desktop, an Imac or even a custom built one for about £500-£1000.

Make sure you research well, there are loads of better options (use PC mags etc.). I have a MUCH better PC and paid 50% less. Don't be a fool!

I'm an ICT technician who's been working with computers for years and the price for this computer is a rip-off.

Slightly aged tech and a totally ridiculous price. There are companies in the UK who will build you a superior gaming PC for £1000 less.

You can get all of the components for around £1500 to £1600 depending on how "high-end" you want to go. I mean really, in this day and age you'd be hard pressed to find someone who doesn't know someone who can put a PC together for them... even if you offered to cook your friend dinner or give them £50 to do it, you'd still be saving £800 to £1000.

Yes, £800 to £1000, just for the case/labor.

Acer has gone off their rocker again with this PC price.
