Delivered quickly but arrived in its box with seals broken, some transit crush on the box and no delivery bag.Amazon were excellent in sending a new one which arrived the next day.
Not sure about the new collect point return method as I would have been notified by Amazon that they had received the return already if returned by Royal Mail. Still waiting to hear.
That aside, a great value pc if you require an HDMI connection. Quiet in operation and unobtrusive attractive design.
Not wireless keyboard and mouse, though my own wireless ones worked better on the unit.
Windows 8 a bit frustrating after Vista with windows 8 telling me that my Epson printer was no longer compatible.
Was a relief when down downloading printer driver updates from Epson's website solved the problem and my printer was able to sync with the computer.
After a few teething problems and head scratching moments, the Windows 8 experience was worth it. There was not a huge difference between Vista and Windows 7, though Windows 8 a different ball game and you might need to check the compatibility of your devices. Overall pleased with my purchase and would recommend.

Bought to replace an old Acer laptop which has served me well for over 8 years. Easy to set up. My fears about Windows 8 were unfounded. Would highly recommend. 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful

The photographs of the device appear to show that the PC has a wireless keyboard and mouse and I was disappointed to discover that both devices are wired. There are also quality issues, one of the antenna connections, 2 in total, is loose so the antenna will not sit upright. There are 2 nuts on the connection, one either side of the case, and it is impossible to rectify the problem without breaking the warranty label and removing the cover.The performance of the PC is good and the machine is pre installed with a 30 day version of office 2010. A code to continue after this period can be purchased from Microsoft or Amazon. I purchased from Microsoft, I thought it would be quicker, but the activation code didn't work so had to call for assistance. It took 24 hours to get through to Microsoft in the U.K. The Windows 8 line was constantly engaged. I would recommend that the Microsoft office upgrade is purchased from Amazon, you will then have the disc or code for future reference. I was also advised by Microsoft that if at any time in the future need to do a complete reinstall I shall have to call Microsoft again for a new code.
The machine is now fully functional, except the antenna that keeps dropping down causing a poor signal. It will be easier and cheaper to have the machine repaired by a local technician. I live 2000 miles from the U.K. so returning the item to Acer or Amazon is not an economic option. That said, Amazon would have replaced the item under warranty.

comes with wireless which is really handy if u got the pc in the bedroom setting up was quite easy looks really good the design is good it dont take up alot of room very quick on starting up the keyboard is really good set up after using the pc for a little while now it is so fast and loads the software n internet up quick the keyboard that comes with it is modern with is really good this is the best priced pc if you want fast speed and the wireless picks up fast would buy another if the downstairs pc broke What Other Items Do Customers Buy After Viewing This Item?
